Even though Nepali coffee remains relatively new, unheard of due to its limited production and resources, we believe in the foreseeable future, we will be able to easily tap into the global market. The fact that Himalay is situated on a high-altitude climate, filled with rich nutrient soil, we can manipulate and craft exceptional coffee beans with the collaboration from the local farmers across various regions of Nepal. However, it was during the 20th century that coffee growing began to expand in specific regions such as Kavre. Coffee cultivation was introduced by local farmers with support from the Nepal Coffee Development Program, which provided training, resources, and expertise in sustainable and organic farming methods.<\/p><p>The Mahabharat area of Kavre quickly became a prominent region for coffee cultivation due to its unique elevation (ranging between 1,000 and 1,500 meters above sea level), which is considered ideal for Arabica coffee, known for its smooth, balanced flavors.
